How do I check availability for the dates I need?You can visit the page Rates and send a reservation inquiry, or contact us stating the dates in which you intend to visit us.
How is the reservation process?First go to Rates and send a reservation request. We will get back to you briefly to confirm availability. Within 24 hours of this confirmation from the Hotel, enter the page Reservations complete the form , print it and fax it to +598 4244-0171. We charge 1 day in advance to confirm and secure your reservation.
What are the different room rates?You can visit the page Rates to learn about our rates, if the date you are interested in still has no annouced rates Contact Us
Which payment methods do you accept?Cash (US Dollars and other currencies such as reales, Argentinian Pesos, Uruguayan Pesos, ...) using the USD selling exchange rate for the current payment date, or any Credit Card of your choice.
Do you charge extra for Credit Card payments?There is no extra charge on Credit Card payments
Do the rates include taxes?The rates include ALL taxes
Is the breakfast included or is there an extra charge for it?The breakfast is buffet and is included in the rates
What are the Check In and Check Out times?Check In is at 12 noon. If your room is available earlier you can use it. Check Out is at 12 noon, but if you need it you can leave your luggage in the Hotel until later. (Check Terms & conditions)
What is your reservation cancellation policy?If you notify your cancellation 7 days in advance you are completely refunded. Any notification beween the 7th day and the day of check in will allow you to use those days on a later opportunity. In case of no show you loose the reservation completely.
